Once again I spent time consulting directly with a number of clients. This cycle included working on a project for Vice (Rails), with a agency startup called Alloy (NodeJS) and for two product startups: Dirty Lemon and Surface Studio.

Key Accomplishments
At Alloy, I worked to help build future-looking prototype applications and proof-of-concepts, built to demonstrate strategic ideas and innovation examples for their clients. I also worked extensively on a product for a UK based accounting sales organization, who had engaged with Alloy (and others) to build a performance metric tool with node and react. I authored the integration with their single sign on, enabling several thousand employees to utilize the system without needing prior account data.
Work with Surface Studio included upgrading and ongoing maintenance of a Rails application, built to enable the NYC based business to rent their film/tv/photo production products. The application was on a legacy version of Rails, and had not been upgraded in some time. I was able to quickly revitalize the product, and converted the data model to a MongoDB backed system which better suited their needs.
